HARRINGTON, Del. – The Harrington Police Department (HPD) has arrested four individuals after conducting a drug search warrant on Saturday. On May 16, HPD was assisted by the Kent County Governor’s Task Force in conducting surveillance on a residence on Rose Haven Lane due to drug activity.
