To ensure the peaceful conduct of the Kanwar Yatra and maintain law and order, the district administration in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, has ordered the closure of meat, fish, egg, and poultry shops. Their sale will be prohibited along the Kanwar route and surrounding areas from July 26th until further notice.
