Utter threats On Feb. 1, members of the Hanover Police Service responded to a mischief report in the 200 block of 10th Street. Investigation revealed that a 48-year-old woman of no fixed address had defecated on the side of a building. When spoken to by a passerby, the woman threatened to kill them.
