SPRINGFIELD — Hampden District Attorney Anthony D. Gulluni on Thursday announced the windfalls nearly three dozen local nonprofits received through the law enforcement agency’s forfeiture program. The distributions are annual disbursements that put bad money after good, Gulluni said.
