SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. (May 1) – California (PA) sophomore Loreena Manser captured her first career league title in the long jump, broke her own school record in the event and recorded the top time during the preliminaries of both the 100-meter and 200-meter dash on Friday at the PSAC Outdoor Championships.
