Hajj pilgrims in Zamboanga City scammed

ZAMBOANGA CITY -- Some 40 people trooped to the National Bureau of Investigation regional office here on Monday, June 9, to file a complaint against a travel and tours agency for allegedly scamming Hajj pilgrims.
