Haji Isam officially acquired 10 billion shares of PT Bayan Resources (BYAN) from Low Tuck Kwong. The transaction is still subject to certain conditions.
BYAN's controlling shareholders, Low Tuck Kwong and his daughter, Elaine Low, have signed a conditional share purchase agreement with PT Jhonlin Baratama, a company owned by Haji Isam.
