Paul Haggerty was sworn in April 16 as Lyndhurst's new deputy chief of police. He will serve along side new Chief Michael Carrino. Haggerty previously served as departmental captain in many capacities. We'll have a full recap in the April 22, 2026, edition of The Observer.
