HACC orders detention for Kropyva's driver in 'Carthage' operation case, sets UAH 3 mln bail
The High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) has ordered the detention of Serhiy Kutsy, driver for Serhiy Kropyva, deputy head of the Prosecutor General's Office's International Cooperation Department, in the case related to the "Carthage" operation, setting bail at UAH 3 million.
The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court has taken into custody the driver of the officer of the Office of the Attorney General, Sergei Kropiva Sergei Kutsogo, who appears in the NAB Carthage case.
The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court chose a precautionary measure for the defendant in the Carthage case Serhiy Kutsem, who is the driver of the official of the Prosecutor General's Office Serhiy Kropiva. Kutsu was remanded in custody until November 3 with the possibility of posting a bail of 3 million hryvnias.
