Gyeongnam is suffering from extreme weather anomalies this summer, with no middle ground between 'extreme drought' and 'extreme heavy rain,' as a torrential downpour of up to 800 mm immediately followed by severe drought damage to 2,834 hectares of farmland, resulting in damages such as landslides, flooding, and isolation.
