  • On Saturday, October 3, 29-year-old Sambhav Jain died after allegedly falling from the 43rd floor of the Supernova Spira skyscraper in Noida. Police identified him as a resident of Manesar in Gurugram.
  • Prior to the incident, Jain had checked into an Airbnb within the building on Friday afternoon for a short rental stay. He had not returned home for several days before the incident.
  • Preliminary police findings suggest the victim was under stress due to monetary issues. Investigators are examining CCTV footage from the building and surrounding areas to establish the sequence of events.
  • A team from the Sector 126 police station reached the scene and launched an investigation, sending the body for post-mortem examination. An FSL team inspected the location and collected evidence.
  • Purported video shows individuals on the balcony attempting to intervene before the fall. Police continue investigating all angles, including verifying circumstances surrounding his stay at the property.
