- Keyboardist Melissa Reese withdrew from the tour due to personal reasons announced one day before the show, marking the band's first tour since drummer Frank Ferrer departed in 2025 after nearly 20 years.
- Vocalist Axl Rose opened the set with "Welcome to the Jungle", then performed Black Sabbath's "Sabbath Bloody Sabbath" as a tribute to late musician Ozzy Osbourne, whom he recently met last July.
- With over 60 dates scheduled, the tour spans South America and Europe before reaching North America, with the North American leg beginning July 23 in Raleigh, North Carolina, at Carter-Finley Stadium.
