Gunfire strikes NJ Transit bus, injures passenger. Two shooters flee scene.

A passenger aboard an NJ Transit bus was injured when gunfire struck the vehicle in Elizabeth on Wednesday night, according to city officials.The bus was in service when it was struck by gunfire around 9:45 p.m. near Third Street and Magnolia Drive, a city spokesperson said. The shots also damaged two unoccupied cars parked in the area.
