In Guinea, three political parties, including the two main formations of the country, have been suspended: the UFDG, led by former Prime Minister Cellou Dalein Diallo, the RPG, former ruling party of Alpha Condé and the PRP. These suspensions take place while the campaign for the constitutional referendum was due to open this Sunday, which was finally postponed to 31 August, according to a decree read last night on public television.
