With its increasing bauxite exports, Guinea relies on the revenues associated with the transport of its ore. According to official texts, half of the volumes exported can be exported on Guinean flag vessels. The State has therefore just created Guinean maritime transport (Guitram). A way to maximize the revenues of its bauxite.
