Guinea: Giant portraits of Mamadi Doumbouya in Conakry spark anger and questions

Guinea is not yet in an election campaign, but Conakry is already adorned with giant posters of the president of the junta, General Mamadi Doumbouya. On all the boulevards and avenues of the capital, posters display slogans glorifying the strongman of Conakry, except on the Le Prince highway which crosses the neighborhoods strongholds of the opposition.
