Guilford County deputies: Parents located after young child found walking alone

GUILFORD COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA, AUG 10 – Guilford deputies found the parents after a toddler was left unattended by her uncle, and Child Protective Services returned the child to her family, officials said.
