CITY OF NORWICH, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) - A Guatemalan man accused of sexually abusing a toddler in the City of Norwich was taken into custody on Thursday. Following a two-month investigation into allegations of child abuse and sexual abuse, the Norwich Police Department arrested 33-year-old Rolando Antonio at a Norwich residence.
