Apagón: Afredo Maternity of Costa, Capuchos and Guarda were the hospitals with more difficulties

Two hospital units in Lisbon and one in the interior were the cases with difficulties added in response to the appeal. According to the Executive Directorate of the National Health Service, it was more difficult to ensure the functioning of the generators.
