Growth in the Danish economy slowed in the second quarter. The overall growth in gross domestic product (GDP) was 0.3 percent.

The gears are not turning as fast in Denmark at the moment as expected. In any case, new figures from Statistics Denmark show that growth in the second quarter only reached 0.3 percent, when adjusted for price developments and seasonality.
Denmark's GDP rose 0.3 percent in the second quarter, compared to the previous quarter. Compared to the corresponding quarter last year, GDP rose by 4.6 percent.
