COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– One of South Carolina’s main thoroughfares is getting a touch up. The South Carolina Department of Transportation held a groundbreaking ceremony for I-95 widening and improvements project Thursday morning, Aug. 14, in Jasper County.
