Ground breaks on upgrades for two long-term care homes in Barrie

Two long-term care homes in Barrie: the Grove Park Home for Senior Citizens; and the Coleman Care Centre, have each begun construction that will upgrade existing facilities and add new beds. Each project received funding through the Construction Funding Subsidy top-up.
