A Gresham man was arrested Friday after allegedly stealing a car with a person still inside and fleeing police until he ran out of gas.Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested 27-year-old Tyrone Thompson while conducting a Labor Day weekend drunk driving enforcement mission. At about 2:45 a.m., deputies noticed two cars speeding down U.S. 26 near Southwest Murray Boulevard, police said.
