Green groups sue Trump administration over report downplaying climate damage
Environmental groups accuse the administration of violating disclosure laws by using a secret skeptical report to reverse climate policies, challenging federal transparency requirements.
- On Tuesday, the Environmental Defense Fund and the Union of Concerned Scientists sued the Trump administration in Massachusetts, alleging secret meetings by Energy Secretary Chris Wright and EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin to reverse climate rules.
