During its annual review, the Port of Dunkirk announced the arrival of a green fuel production plant dedicated to aviation, ten years after the closure of its refinery. The news confirms the good performance of the port that will celebrate in 2026 its 60th anniversary.
Technip Energies plans to install a sustainable aviation fuel plant (CAD or SAF in English) in the port area of Dunkirk (North), has announced the port at its annual conference Tuesday 20 January. The plan, estimated at 1.7 billion euros, is nevertheless still conditioned to the final investment decision, which could take several years.
