The Grants Pass Police Department is reminding parents and juveniles about Oregon's curfew laws and local ordinances designed to keep minors safe during overnight hours when crime may be more likely.
The Municipal Government of San Fabian has formally implemented Municipal Ordinance No. 10, Series of 2026, which establishes a curfew for all minors as part of the promotion of peace and order and the protection of the welfare of the youth. Under the ordinance, individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from being in public places from 10:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., unless they are among the specified exemptions.
