YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- Two women accused of trying to run each other over in a dispute over a man have been indicted by a Mahoning County grand jury. Joesie Mascarella, 28, was indicted Thursday on a charge of felonious assault, a second-degree felony. Al Jonae Phillips, 26, was indicted Thursday on a charge of aggravated assault, a fourth-degree felony. Mascarella is free on $25,000 bond she posted after her arraignment in municipal court. …
