ROCHESTER — A federal grand jury this week returned an 11-count indictment against a Lockport man accused of making child pornography.

Rochester, N.Y. - U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that a federal grand jury has returned an 11-count indictment charging Damon Singleton- Spencer, 33, of Lockport, NY, with enticement of a minor, three counts of production of child pornography, and seven counts of possession of child pornography.
