Baeza, formerly trained by John Shirreffs, will be moved to trainer Bill Mott, Daily Racing Form reported Monday. Shirreffs died Thursday, and Baeza was trained temporarily by Peter Eurton. The 4-year-old colt, who was third in last year's Kentucky Derby, worked Sunday at Santa Anita in his third drill since finishing sixth in the Breeders' Cup Classic.
