FARMERSBURG, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— Indiana Governor Mike Braun is requesting all flags across the state be flown at half-staff. The governor is directing all federal buildings across the Hoosier state to fly at half-staff in honor of Memorial Day and those it honors.
