Four major hemp companies, Tasty Haze, LLC, The Humble Hemp Shack, LLC, Seedless Green, LLC and Mellow Fellow Fun, LLC unsuccessfully sued Gov. Kay Ivey over the signing of House Bill 445, which increases consumable hemp regulations and restrictions in Alabama.
