On October 13, the State Attorney's Office filed a contentious administrative appeal against the controversial agreement reached in August by the Plenary Assembly of Jumilla City Council (Murcia) that prevents Muslim prayers in municipal sports facilities, as requested by the government delegate, Francisco Lucas, in September.
