Fukushima wastewater discharge resumes after system alarm
Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) announced on Thursday that it had resumed discharging wastewater from the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant after operations were automatically halted the previous day due to a system alarm.
The South Korean government announced on the 11th that Japan's Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) halted the discharge of radioactive contaminated water from the Fukushima nuclear power plant after an alarm sounded. The government stated that there were no abnormalities in the equipment and that the cause of the alarm is currently being investigated.
