Government Formalizes Complaint Against Evo for 8 Crimes

President Luis Arce, through the Minister of Justice, filed a formal complaint against ex-mandatario Evo Morales, accusing him of instigating protests and blockades to pressure his ability as a candidate in the upcoming elections.

"We have filed a complaint today for eight public action crimes attributable initially to Mr.Evo Morales Ayma, Mrs.Suseth Rodríguez and to those who are found to be perpetrators, co-authors, accomplices or cover-ups," explained Justice Minister César Siles, on his departure from the La Paz Public Prosecutor's Office after filing the complaint, according to the Bolivian agency ABI.
