The State will finance the renovation and conversion of public transport vehicles through the National Vehicle Renewal Program PATRIA, while the carrier will pay the financing directly in the pump, together with its regular fuel consumption. The program was created by Supreme Decree No. 5726 and will be in charge of the Implementing Entity for Vehicle Renewal PATRIA, under the Ministry of Public Works.
