- For registration, citizens must send an SMS from a SIM registered in their name. Successful applicants receive a confirmation message to obtain their token.
- Before visiting a petrol pump, beneficiaries will have to send "TOK" to 9771, including their CNIC number, vehicle number, and provincial code in the registration message.
- An automated digital system developed with NADRA verifies registration, granting monthly limits of 20 litres for motorcycles and Qingqi rickshaws, and 30 litres for vehicles up to 800cc.
