The government unleashes the new ‘anti-payment’ shield after months of delay. Vice President and Minister for the Ecological Transition, Sara Aagesen, has confirmed the publication in the BOE this Thursday of the ministerial order that will regulate the new mechanism with which to strengthen the security of electricity supply and reduce the risk of another major blackout.
The cost, which will be paid by all electrical consumers, will be borne to a greater extent by consumption in times of increased stress in the system.
