Gov. Shapiro comments on the future of Rockview & Quehanna Boot Camp

CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) -- For several months, the public has been waiting for a decision on the future of SCi Rockview and the Quehanna Boot Camp. Earlier in the year, the two facilities were recommended for closure by the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (DOC).
