- Earlier this month, the Federal Bureau of Prisons requested Colorado's DOC transfer Tina Peters, who was convicted last year and is serving a nine-year sentence, prompting Attorney General Phil Weiser and Dan Rubinstein to urge Gov. Polis to deny it.
