MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WHNT) — Gov. Kay Ivey swore in a new honorary ALEA Trooper that will serve as a work zone safety dog at the state capitol. Vaquito, will pick up where his predecessor Millie, left off. Millie retired in February 2025.
