Pamela Evette continued her campaign for governor of South Carolina on Tuesday in North Myrtle Beach and brought along a political heavyweight. The two-term lieutenant governor sat down and listened with a group of about 150 supporters at A.O. Hardee and Son as Gov. Henry McMaster — the longest serving governor in South Carolina's long history — lauded the Palmetto State and urged people together out and vote for Evette as his successor.
