Andy Beshear announced Friday that he has appointed Michael Boyd “Bo” Stacy II, of Cunningham, as Commonwealth’s Attorney for the 1st Judicial Circuit of Kentucky, which comprises Ballard, Carlisle, Fulton and Hickman counties.
