In our 13H cuisine, we share an original recipe to enjoy all the pumpkins and other pumpkins that can be found at this time of year. Do you know the citrouillat? It is a Berrichonne specialty, a kind of autumn cake. To prepare it, you need two circles of laminated pasta, cream, an egg, spices and a tasty squash like potimarron or this sucrine from Berry.
