Golf: Alex girls take 4th at state, Alex boys tie for 5th

COON RAPIDS – For the second year in a row, the Alexandria girls golf team has tied for fourth at the MSHSL Class 3A Championship at Bunker Hills Golf Club in Coon Rapids. Alexandria finished Wednesday’s round with a two-day score of 668, beating out East Ridge by two strokes for a top-four finish. Minnetonka won the team title with a two-day score of 611, while Orono’s Ava Hannamen finished first individually with a score of 142 (2-under par). …
