PITTSBURG, Kan. - Fort Hays State placed 12th at the Tommy Riggs Collegiate Invitational held at Crestwood Country Club, a par-72 venue. The Tigers posted rounds of 316, 317, and 310 for a round total of 943. A total of 18 teams competed in the tournament, though it was an MIAA designated event for the season. The Tigers were 10th among MIAA teams.

The Golden Bears posted a two round score of 648 (+72), shooting a 327 (+39) in round one and a 321 (+33) in round two to finish the day in 17th place as a team at the Crestwood Country Club.
