The Gobabis Municipality plans to sell 100 residential plots worth more than N$8.8 million to Mbatjiua Construction CC to help address the town’s housing backlog. A municipal notice published this month shows that over 13.4 hectares of land in Extension 6 has been earmarked for the construction of residential houses.
