- Labuskes reportedly held the victim down for 30 minutes, interfering with 911 calls; the victim sustained "significant injuries" and received care at Baltimore-Washington Medical Center.
- Both Latorre and Labuskes remain held without bond on multiple attempted murder and assault charges, as the separate violent incidents in Glen Burnie proceed through the legal system.
