WHITEMARSH – Pennridge knocked down five 3-pointers in the second quarter to take a 22-19 lead into halftime of Friday afternoon’s District 1-6A first-round matchup with Plymouth Whitemarsh. But the host Colonials responded in the third, limiting the Rams to just three points while ending the quarter on an 8-1 run – AJ Avery driving down the lane to beat the buzzer and give PW a 32-25 advantage.
