At a ceremony overlooking the completed U.S. 412 and Gilcrease Expressway interchange, Oklahoma transportation chief Tim Gatz hailed Guy L. Berry III as a visionary who “did the impossible” in closing critical gaps in the state’s highway system. Gatz said the newly dedicated interchange stands as a testament to Berry’s decades of work improving infrastructure for Sapulpa, Sand Springs, Tulsa and communities across Oklahoma.
