After leading from 2023 to 2025, the Dodgers finished second with 2,318 days, while Major League Baseball saw total injured-list days increase to 47,699 from 44,372 last year.
San Francisco players with lengthy injured-list stays included right-handers Hayden Birdsong, Randy Rodr, and Roman Wick with 187 days each, plus Jos Butt , Joel Peguero , and Harrison Bader .
Cleveland experienced the largest improvement, dropping 1,041 days, while Detroit ranked third at 2,216 days ahead of Toronto , the Chicago Cubs , and Boston .
